A golden road

In the middle of the forest close to Tivedens nationalpark and entrance Helena spotted this golden road in the rearview mirror. Straight roads makes the perfect photo opportunities so I imeditaly hit the breaks and we jump out of the car for some some walking up and down the road taking much more photos then necessary session.

  1. I always take more photos than necessary. Taking multiple angles, exposures and focal lengths increases my chances of getting a great photo. Of course that means I have to spend a lot of time culling photos and then processing the rest in Lightroom. Is it worth it? Only the photographer knows for sure.

  2. Oh my gosh, the image above is beautiful!! Perfect golden atmosphere, the light is great.. wow. And the trees are so photogenic! Your last couple of posts make me wanna visit the north :))

    • This was the idea with this photos. Some inspiration for you fellow southerners. 😉 well, you live not so far south maybe but the nature here is astonishing in many ways. Must say that we were very lucky with the weather! Thanks for the nice comment. 🙂

      • haha then you were successful, I really should visit my Swedish friend one day 😀 you seem to be out in nature very often, I think that’s great, I should do that too 🙂
